CuspHub

A little help to keep learning.

Start here if something is confusing, your progress is missing, or you want help with your account.

Send a private request

Sign in and choose Account & data requests in the feedback form. Describe what you need, including whether it concerns Hardware, Compute or your account. The CuspHub owner reviews requests manually. This is not live chat, and there is no guaranteed response time.

Your request appears in My submissions. Keep it there while it is being reviewed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or API keys.

Trouble signing in?

Use the same method you used to create the account. On the sign-in page, use the password recovery option if needed. Check your email, including spam, for a fresh verification message. Never share a verification code in a bug report.

Requests currently require sign-in. If you cannot recover access, this form cannot receive a request from that account. CuspHub does not yet offer a separate email support channel.

Progress is missing or not saving

Check the account shown in the user menu. Wait for the saving indicator to finish and look for an error message before closing the page. Different accounts have separate learning records.

Do not clear browser storage while unsaved work remains. Describe the course, lesson, what you expected and what happened. Add device details only if you want to share them.

Optional AI help is unavailable

Where optional TypeSafe help is enabled, choose what to send and give consent in that form. It offers suggestions; ordinary lessons and practice checks still work without it. Do not include personal information, passwords, keys or private logs.

The four assistance tools share a limit of 20 requests per account per UTC day. A platform-wide limit can also pause requests. A request can count even when feedback cannot be returned. Limits reset at midnight UTC. If the service is unavailable, keep learning with the lesson and its reviewed references, or try again later.

An error keeps your text in the current form. Copy anything you want to keep before reloading, changing language or signing in again. These optional explanations and goals are not saved as a conversation or notebook entry.

Report a visual or lesson problem

Use Report a bug for broken controls, missing translations or incorrect lesson behavior. Screenshots and a short video are optional. Remove private information before uploading.

Use the lesson or course evaluation for learning feedback, or suggest a topic under What would you like to learn next?
